Richard Billington, QC has extensive experience in extraordinary remedies to fight fraud, protect intellectual property, defend employers upon the departure of key employees and to safeguard evidence that may be at risk of destruction if the defendant is a risk of hiding, altering or destroying if given notice of litigation against them. He has often acted for Plaintiffs in obtaining these orders, which carry with them particular ethical onus on the applying lawyer.
