The seminar on corporate and commercial transactions and litigation heard a joint presentation by Rick Billington, K.C., and Krista Mooney of PwC “Before They Know What Hit ‘Em: Pre-Trial Remedies to Fight Fraud”. Their presentation addressed the range of remedies available to seize evidence and assets when your business is defrauded.
